A restructuring of the campaign set-up, optimizing and writing new ads and using Google's own machine learning capabilities in Google Ads, the campaigns were focused to the relevant audience as well as the budget focused to the right areas of Telenor Enterprise's business.
We created a new Google Ads account based on IIH Nordic best practice, implementing the most effective bidding strategy in a competitive market. This led to an increased conversion rate of 158% and a 140% increase in weekly sales.
With our help, Nemlig.com increased their 90-day conversions by 40% and we improved their website speed by 7%. Among other things, we helped prevent reporting problems and improved the handling of users' cookie consent choices.
By comparing two identical campaigns with different groupings, we could ensure that JDE Coffee's ads were shown to the right stakeholders by feeding Google's intelligent bidding data in the right way. The solution was a 50% increase in conversions.
Automation with custom labels meant we could identify high-margin products from the product feed. Accordingly, we were able to optimise the campaign structure to assign strategies for specific products.
IIH Nordic developed a machine learning model that could predict user behaviour and divide users into segments. These segments, combined with subscription status, are used to create audiences for display and search campaigns in Google Ads.
IIH Nordic developed customer segments using unsupervised clustering on Life Extension Europe's CRM data and created pipelines to send segment-specific email and Google Ads campaigns. This led, among other things, to a 20% increase in turnover and a 62% increase in transactions.
To best understand and support Lyreco in their mission, IIH Nordic kicked off the collaboration with a Data Strategy Workshop to define vital areas of work. The project was lifted and managed by Google Cloud Platform, where data was cleansed and transformed over time. This formed the basis for the whole picture of the customer journey and other points of interest which were improved and thus helped to increase customer retention, cross-selling and sales across areas/products at Lyreco.
